  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (most customers receive their orders in under 2 weeks)

Note: During peak holiday seasons or unexpected delays, standard shipping may take up to 14 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order anytime until it arrives at your door.


πŸ” Returns & Exchanges

Due to our partnership with multiple shipping facilities, we currently offer returns for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at support@minimajorkids.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Custom orders, accessories, and sale items are final sale.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Mini Major, we want your little ones to look and feel their best! While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

  • In original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order number

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Exchanges due to sizing issues if the item matches the size chart
